These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://indiarealtime.com/ ("the Site"), operated by IndiaRealTime ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site Is

IndiaRealTime republishes live weather, air quality, mandi (commodity) prices, precious metal rates, fuel and gas prices, currency rates, Panchang, cricket scores, and related information for locations across India, sourced from government open-data portals and licensed third-party APIs. See our About Us page for the full list of sources.

2. Informational Use Only: No Warranty on Accuracy

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. We aggregate and display data from third-party sources as-is, and while we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any figure (weather, AQI, price, rate, or otherwise) is accurate, complete, or current at the moment you view it. Underlying sources can themselves be delayed, revised, or wrong.

Do not rely on the Site as your sole basis for decisions where accuracy matters, including but not limited to agricultural, health, travel, financial, or trading decisions. Always verify time-sensitive or high-stakes figures against the original official source before acting on them.

Prices, rates, and calculator results on the Site (fuel, gold and silver, toll, currency, fixed deposit, and mutual fund figures included) are base figures only and exclude local taxes, regional levies, dealer or platform commissions, and other dynamic transaction charges that may apply at the point of an actual purchase or transaction. Any total shown by a calculator on the Site is an estimate for comparison purposes, not a quote - confirm the final price with the seller, bank, or service provider before transacting.

Limitation of Liability & Data Accuracy

Financial metrics, tracking data, and estimates provided on IndiaRealTime.com are for informational purposes only. While we source data from authoritative entities (such as the CPCB), we do not guarantee real-time precision. All financial calculations are baseline estimates and explicitly exclude local taxes, regional levies, dynamic platform fees, or transaction charges. Users should independently verify data before making financial decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You may browse and use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Site in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure (reasonable, occasional automated access, e.g. a script checking a handful of pages, is fine; running a scraper that hits thousands of pages in a short window is not)
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it
• Misrepresent data from the Site as your own original data or as an official government source
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian law

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, original text, and the way data is compiled and presented are owned by IndiaRealTime. The underlying facts themselves (weather readings, AQI values, mandi prices, and similar public data) are not our property; they originate from the government and third-party sources credited on our About Us page, and remain subject to those sources' own terms.

4a. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on IndiaRealTime infringes your copyright, email contact@indiarealtime.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, (2) the exact URL on this Site where it appears, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We investigate every notice against the original source credited on our About Us page and remove or correct genuinely infringing content promptly. Note that the underlying public data itself (weather readings, AQI values, mandi prices and similar government figures) isn't owned by IndiaRealTime or by us on anyone's behalf, see Section 4 above, so a complaint about a raw figure rather than our own written text or design is better directed to the original source.

5. Third-Party Links, Ads and Affiliate Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, display advertising, or include affiliate links, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site you reach from a link on the Site.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, IndiaRealTime and anyone involved in operating it will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or the data it displays, including losses connected to agricultural, health, travel, or financial decisions made using information from the Site.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
